Interview Process

Once we receive a CV, your career history and successes to date are reviewed and you are invited to interview with one of our Consultants. The interview will explore your career path to date, significant achievements, clinical knowledge and experience and how you would like to progress your career in the future. We want you to be happy in the new role you move on to and will discuss suitable vacancies with you so you have a clear idea of the role, the client and what you could expect. It is then your choice whether you progress with that role or whether you feel it is not right for you. We will never submit your CV to a client without first discussing the role with you and obtaining your permission to move forward. When you are selected for interview with our client, your Consultant will discuss the interview process and fully prepare you for what to expect. Following the client interview, we will provide feedback and discuss the job offer with you. Should you choose to accept the job offer – it is “Welcome on board TalentSource!” and you become part of our friendly team of professionals.
