Training and Development

CROMSOURCE invests in you!

Our dedicated training team focuses on employee development. The continuous training allows our people to develop their skills, competence and expertise and provides all personnel with clear tools to manage processes with the same methodology.

From day one you will be coached regularly and will receive many opportunities to follow training available to all the employees in each location.

The CROMSOURCE onboarding training provides new employees with knowledge about the issues and trends of the CRO industry, as well as engaging employees to learn about CROMSOURCE’s corporate culture, mission, vision and values. Through this training, employees can appreciate the context of our client-centred service philosophy.

A live Interview

What happens if you had a first good screening and your profile matches our clients’ requirements? You will be invited for a more detailed interview with one of our consultants. This can be face-to-face in one of our offices or if more convenient via a video interview.

What happens when your CV matches the client requirements and the client likes your CV for their position? In the next step you will have an interview with the hiring manager at our client. You will have an opportunity to gain a better insight of the function itself and the hiring manager will also be able to see if the person behind the CV is the match made in heaven! Of course, it is also the occasion for you to get your first impression of the client company and to feel the team, which is very important because you want to be happy in your next role!

Onboarding – Perfect start of your journey with TalentSource!

Prior to your start on the client project, you will be welcomed by your TalentSource Line Manager to guide you through our systems, house rules, HR related topics, etc… In this way we want to give you a smooth and relaxed start at the client and with CROMSOURCE. Within the first weeks follow-up meetings will be held in order to assure that everything is still running smooth and to know what your first impressions are. Thereafter, you will be in regular contact (via phone or face-to-face) with your TalentSource Line Manager who is there to support your work with the client at every step of the way.
